This is what's going to happen:

You contact us for a first date. During this informal meeting we will listen to your idea and will answer your questions. The aim of the contact meeting is to check the requirements for Open Space and to get to know each other. Afterwards it will be easy for you to decide whether you want to sponsor an Open Space.

Assuming that you are ready to do this, the first task is to plan a half-day preparation (prep) meeting. Together we will brainstorm whom you should invite to the prep meeting. Bear in mind that, for a successful Open Space, it is important to have representatives of the whole system on board.

The prep meeting itself serves a number of important aspects: communicating desired outcomes, developing the title, deciding on who needs to be invited to the Open Space.

Most importantly, the planning process transforms the people who showed up into a group.

During the planning phase before the actual Open Space we support you with anything that comes up.

The optimum length of an Open Space event is 16 hours spread over three days.

6 to 12 weeks after the Open Space gathering there is a half day Next Meeting that provides time and space for stocktaking, further issues, next steps and the unfolding of Interactivity in the organization.
